Forgetting Sarah Marshall

I have pretty much seen all of Judd Apatow’s toilet comedies as they progress from extreme to holy shit. It all started with the “The 40-Year-Old Virgin” (which, idiotically, I thought was a drama when I first laid eyes on the poster) and ended with “Superbad”, about two high-school kids’ naturalized journey into the world of pubescent sex and promiscuity.

The new addition to the growing list of films is “Frogetting Sarah Marshall”, written by and starring “How I Met Your Mother’s” Jason Segel, which is about a couch-potato television show composer who gets dumped by the same show’s blond (Kristen Bell) for some overly liberal and full-of-shit European music artist. In hopes of forgetting this terrible moment in his life, the dumpee follows his friend’s advice to hit Hawaii, where, surprise surprise, his ex-girlfriend is hanging out with her new sexually proficient boyfriend.

What helps put the fire out of this great misery is his running into the Hotel’s cute and adventurous receptionist, Rachel (Mila Kunis). The story is very nice, but it is sprinkled with totally unnecessary and shocking snapshots of Jason’s swinging penis… Oh, God. I just tasted this morning’s breakfast.

what is the song in the beginning of Forgetting Sarah Marshall when they are on the red carpet and she hands him her purse and does a quick little dance for him?
